Enterprises cannot leave culture. To a certain extent, we can say that culture is the eternal soul of enterprises. The author believes that the development of enterprises can not be separated from the positive role of enterprise culture. Under the current situation of China's economy, the development of Chinese private enterprises can not be separated from the strong construction of enterprise culture. In other words, the development of private enterprises puts forward higher requirements for the construction of enterprise culture. 1、 Strengthen enterprise culture and guide the rapid development of private enterprises
